Step Three
Onboarding
Once we agree to partner, we get your property set up and running. The timeline depends on where your home is starting from. A property that is already listed and guest-ready moves quickly. A brand-new home that needs furnishing, photography, and listing creation takes longer. Either way, we are with you through every step.
Our onboarding process includes:
- Optimizing your listing copy, title, and photo sequencing
- Setting up dynamic pricing
- Configuring our operational systems for your property
- Coordinating with your existing cleaning team (or introducing you to ours)
- Setting up guest communication templates and digital guidebook
- Reviewing and tightening house rules
- Ensuring all smart tech is configured and working

Timeline varies by property. New homes starting from scratch may take 3-5 weeks. Already-listed properties can often go live in under two weeks.
