5-Star Review Guarantee
If a guest leaves an overall review below 5 stars on a stay we operate, we waive our co-hosting fee for that booking. No questions, no fine print.

Is There an Onboarding Fee?
For properties that need significant setup work, there is a one-time onboarding investment that varies based on what your home needs. For properties already listed and guest-ready, onboarding is typically minimal.

If your property is live on Airbnb or Vrbo and guest-ready, onboarding is straightforward. We audit your listing, tighten pricing and copy, and transition co-host access with minimal disruption.
New or Unlisted Property
Getting a new home STR-ready takes real work: photography guidance, listing creation, pricing setup, digital guidebook build, and regulatory compliance. We scope the investment based on your property's current state.
